About This Project

We are located in Val d’Aosta; imagine a large kitchen where everyone is working with passion every day, in order to create
genuine and unique products, without preservatives or artificial colourings. This family is Alpenzu, constantly growing since 2001, using state-of-the-art machinery while maintaining their own precious traditions.
