Dada Miele is a young company founded by two dreamers Edoardo Bianchi and Daniele Scala and based in Casalborgone, a town in the Monferrato hills in Piedmont. It produces 9 types of honey, both multifloral and monofloral, and is available in two formats.
What makes this product special and enabled it to obtain its Slow Food Presidium certification is its absolute quality, combined with its charmingly designed jars.
The company’s specialty is creamy honey, a consistency attained by the mechanical cold processing of some types of honey. Once creamy, the honey does not become solid again. The choice was made in order to satisfy the taste of the final consumer, without altering the organoleptic properties of the product.
You’ll understand when you taste it!
