About This Project

Founded in the second part of the last century by Pietro Garzo, this farm is run today by his three daughters, second generation of the family, who follows the whole production chain, making use of advanced technology.

The olives come from the olive groves in Seminara, covering 47 hectares with 4,500 trees. I There are two Extra Virgin selections Dolciterre, the “basic” and the Monocultivar Ottobratico, which we recommend.  The Extra virgin Olive Oil Ottobratica Dolciterre by Sorelle Garzo is a light fruity oil with a nicily balanced bitterness and spiciness. Recently, they have added IGP Calabria Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the Organic one.
