Morgan and Luciana are in love with all things new. When they made their first jar of pickled vegetables in 2005, they had no idea that was where their future would lie. From here on they have never stopped experimenting with new inventions and mixtures.
In 2012, they set up a brand new workshop dedicated to our family favourites, an ideal marriage of who they are and what they do.
They make no compromises in their approach to food. They select only vegetables grown on local farms using ethical, sustainable methods, with the utmost respect for the balance of nature. They use no chemical additives and they process their products by hand.
