LE TRE COLONNE
The Stallone family, three generations, is dedicated to the cultivation of olives and the production of extra virgin olive oil, carefully preserving tradition and experience, heritage that has been handed down with pride and passion in their work. In 1986 Salvatore Stallone acquired the family business dedicated to the production of extra virgin olive oil of superior quality, combining the continuous effort in upgrading the equipment and techniques of production and processing and the tradition and all the teachings received from the previous generations.
In 2008 the Le Tre Colonne brand was born. That same year, the extra virgin olive oil Le Tre Colonne obtained the DOP (protected designation of origin). This indivisible bond between old and new, the varieties of olives Ogliarola Bari (or Cima of Bitonto) and Coratina, the location of the area exposed to the Mediterranean sun, fertile soil with natural vocation for olive growing, fruit produced as extra virgin olive oil Le Tre Colonne that encompasses the three pillars of the philosophy of Stallone family: Traditions, Taste and Authenticity.
